SONS.He moved to Hebron, Conn, and then PRIOR TO DEATH JOHN AND MARY AND SOME OF THEIR CHILDREN MOVED FROM FLORIDA, ORANGE COUNTY,NEW YORK TO FRANKFORT, SUSSEX CO.NEW JERSEY HE AND HIS WIFE ARE BURIED IN TOMBS ON THEIR ESTATE BETWEEN AUGUSTA
AND BRANCHVILLE, SUSSEX CO., NEW JERSEY. HE WAS A COLONEL IN THE INDIAN BEFORE THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR AND A PRIVATE

found in his old

ledger and communicated to Geo. W. Gustin in 1890. The later says that it agrees with the Conneticut town records except in the birth of Kesia which is one day later than the Glastowbury records.The oldest six children were born in Stormington,
Conn.The next three in Hebron, Conn. Three were born in Glastonbury, Conn.John gave to his son, Alpheus, 30 acres of land in Eastbury Parish 15 Feb 1744-45
