The Windemuth Family Heritage erroneously named Harry ad a son of William Hugh and Mary Ann Foley Fitzell. Harrison is acually listed in the census as the son of Franklin and Alice K Palmer Fitzell in Ohio. Mary would have been barely 13 at
the time of Harrisons birth. The Franklin Fitzell family lived in the Columbus, Oh. area and the William Fitzell family lived in the Johnstown, Oh. area.
David Walker contacted us with the correction. He has good deal of information on the Fitzell family which is part of his ancestry. walkermd@pscinternet.
Harry married Alice Rebecca Wintamute on 16 Nov 1897. Alice (daughter of Edward Lanning Wintamute and Martha Ann Bennett) was born on 7 Aug 1876 in Morrow County, Ohio; died on 2 Oct 1923 in Columbus, Ohio. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
